Cancellations Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our practice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient in need of care.
Failure to provide the required notice, or non-attendance at your appointment, will incur the following fees:
- Standard Appointments: $55.00 cancellation / non-attendance fee
- Long Appointments: $105.00 cancellation / non-attendance fee
Please note that any outstanding cancellation or non-attendance fees must be settled prior to booking or attending your next appointment.
